Hello, I am CNR student majoring in Environmental Science BS this fall. I find ES to be extremely interesting. It's mostly going to be used for my premed requirements/edge up in finding jobs that like Bachelor of Science in ES (the world is turning green).

I however, excel in History. Receiving stellar scores on exams and such. So I have an interest in History/Poli Sci/IR.

I am considering double majoring. I need the advice from all double majors, especially those who double major in majors from two different colleges.

Is this do-able? Will I have a social life? Can I work at the same time? Take part in ROTC and such?

Feedback please, and I would also appreciate PM's for a more detailed information.

also Psychology. :()

Are you triple majoring? That’ll be difficult. I’m simultaneous degreeing in CNR and L&S and I don’t find it that difficult, and the process to apply to L&S (since CNR is your “home” college) is a breeze. You can work as well, but you probably won’t be able to do much else. For instance, I conduct research in a lab for 10-15 hours a week, but I wouldn’t consider applying myself to another work-intensive activity. This also means you probably wouldn’t be able to (realistically) take part in ROTC… That would be insane.

Are you an incoming freshman?

I’m thinking of double majoring in a CNR major and either history/poli sci/psychology.
And Im thinking of ROTC or joining the national guard.

I’m an incoming freshmen.
