<p>I feel like a triple dorm would be a lot more fun, but everyone says to stick with the double. Are there any significant pros/cons of doubles and triples?</p>
<p>I’m a freshman living in a triple right now in the 6 pack. It’s not too bad, but my roommates are also very tolerable (knew them from my hometown). It can be interesting, but sometimes you’re more likely to talk than sleep, or have 1 roommate who is a drunk and becomes an animal, etc. I guess it’s luck of the draw.</p>
<p>A triple, which usually means a larger room than the doubles, can be just as fine as a double as long as the occupants are compatible. The real issue is that by choosing a triple you are raising the odds that won’t occur.</p>
