Does anyone who is in a triple or quad regret making this choice?

the triples here have their benefits, i kinda wish my other friend got accepted so i could have requested one. 2 bdrm, 1 bathroom, living area. a lot nicer than your standard double with a bathroom for the whole hall that im stuck in. the only problem with triples or quads is that you have more roommates to deal with. lol

There are TONS of triples at my school…and almost none of them are like ar31719 described them. About half of them are forced triples (triples in rooms that were meant to be doubles) so there are 3 beds (a bunkbed and a single) and 3 desks in a tiny room with a bathroom for the entire hall. The other half though are basically 2 rooms, one like a double, the other like a small single with the bathroom in the same vicinity, but the normal hall showers. The quads are the same as the triples except both rooms are normal size.

I would never want to live in a triple or quad. A quad would be better because there’s more personal space, and there’s not the 2 against 1 dynamic.

I was lucky enough to get a double in a triple room. :)

fewer roommates = less conflict and more sleep

i like my double very much. everyone i know, besides my roomie (duh), is in a triple and they complain about wanting more space… floor space. i like my room, though the triple looks very cosy.

I would rather have more roommates. This whole single roommate thing is getting old. It’s always hit or miss if we get along, usually miss because I’ve had nothing but pyscho roommates so far. At least with two I’d have a higher chance of avoiding evil.
