Downward Trend

Ok I have had all A's and B's for all my years of high school. Every AP class I've taken I've gotten an A in, and every Honors class has been either A or B. I have always taken the most challenging course load available. I am ranked tenth in my class. This year my entire courseload is AP classes. Our US Gov teacher is ridiculous and teaches us nothing yet quizzes us on everything and I got a B first quarter and a C second quarter.

Maybe this is just dumb, but yeah.

I am applying to Washington University in St. Louis as my top choice. Is this going to look bad, I am carrying A's and B's in my other AP classes, but everyone always says a downward trend looks terrible, especially senior year.

Input.

Hey...i wouldnt worry. Colleges know that all seniors got that dreadful disease..senioritis...dun dun dun

A downward trend is definitely a concern, but one grade is unlikley to overshadow all your other accomplishments.
