Dropped AP Microecnomics 2nd semester senior year... affect UC's??

<p>My school offers AP Gov and AP Macro as one course, but does not offer AP Micro.
I am currently taking AP GOV/AP MAC. I was planning on taking AP Micro, but it's not offered at our school and I would have had to take it online, so I decided not to take it 2nd semester. </p>

<p>But on my UC application, I indicated that I will be taking AP Micro 2nd semeter.
Will this hurt my admission? Even though I'm not dropping any class and this class wasn't even offered at our school.
I sent them an email requesting a change but I hope there's no miscommunication.</p>

<p>Senior schedule is a factor in UC admissions, but to answer your question: it depends on the rest of your schedule. If this was a sixth course and you still have five academic solids, UC probably won't much care. But if Micro was your fifth solid, dropping it will be a negative since your schedule will be a whole lot lighter.</p>
