Dropping a class

Hi, so I am taking calculus bc online, but it took me awhile to figure out how the site worked. So now I am very behind in the class, my grade is awful and I am thinking of dropping the class, problem is I already got accepted into embry-riddle and I don't want to screw up my chances. So what should I do. Would dropping the class affect my acceptance?

You are required to report changes to your schedule (at least a most schools - check ER’s policy on this).

I would send an email to admissions explaining that you weren’t able to start the class on time as you’d expected, are seriously behind, and are therefore dropping it this semester. You can add that you will restart the class from the beginning next semester. I doubt they’d drop you just for that. On the other hand, if you got a C or D in the class, that might raise red flags.
