<p>Can someone who goes to CC tell me what the drug scene is like? Is there a lot of weed? I'm trying to avoid friends who use drugs/alcohol, what are my chances at CC?</p>
<p>recent parent, not student. However, REALISTICALLY all college campuses are full of beer and weed. CC is no exception probably trending more toward the former. the only schools that are not seem to be either service academies or turbo-christian schools. that said, you will always find a friend group who is not involved wherever you choose.</p>
<p>cc student here. it’s entirely possible to attend cc without using drugs or alcohol. like any other college, cc students enjoy both. but many students abstain and no one judges!</p>
