<p>Since you will be applying from a Canadian high school, you will be evaluated along with the rest of the Canadian students. Mentioning the NZ citizenship is not likely to change your evaluation by much.</p>
<p>Check the admissions and financial aid information carefully. Some institutions treat Canadian applicants as though they were US applicants.</p>
