Dual Enrolled Classes

So I slacked off a bit in some dual enrolled classes and I've gotten 4 B's in DE classes. 2 Sophmore and 2 Junior (One chem lecture one chem lab). Will those affect my college gpa? I'm angry at myself now for slacking and I want to get as high a gpa I can in college. If it does affect collegiate gpa, can I retake the courses at FSU? Thanks for the help!

FSU’s GPA will not include your DE credits. Your transcript that goes to grad schools or professional schools will include all college classes taken, with grades. But the FSU GPA will not include those classes. There is something called your overall GPA, and some limited access majors use this. But for FSU’s purposes, mostly it is your FSU GPA.

“What is the difference between my FSU GPA & my overall/cumulative GPA?
Your FSU GPA includes only the classes that you have taken at FSU. Your overall or cumulative GPA includes FSU courses and classes that you may have taken at other institutions, including dual enrollment. Remember, some majors use your overall/cumulative GPA for admission acceptance. If you are unsure, contact your advisor or call 644-3430 to speak with a general advisor.”
