<p>You can get one from a college professor. Just make sure they actually know you. If you did well in a class but barely spoke to the teacher, find someone else. If you had several classes with the professor or were highly involved and had positive interaction, go for it. However, give them a lot of time. Many colleges want 2 from school.</p>
