Is it necessary to send in transcripts from colleges where dual enrollment courses have been taken, if these courses do not appear in any way on the high school transcript?

I came here looking for the answer to this question as well. I have asked my daughter’s GC, but if previous experience is any indication, I’m unlikely to get a useful answer from her. The best/closest answer I’ve found is this from page 2 of the instructions in the semi-finalist’s package:
“SEMIFINALISTS NOW ENROLLED FULL TIME IN COLLEGE
As instructed in the OSA, submit the completed application to the school offi cial (high school you last attended),
who will complete the school’s sections of the application for fi nal transmittal to NMSC by October
7, 2015. If you report a college choice using the OSA, it should be the college you plan to attend during the
2016–17 academic year.
To be considered for Finalist standing, you must meet all requirements specifi ed on page 1 and, immediately
after the end of the current term, arrange to have your college send an offi cial transcript of all college
course work you have taken to Scholarship Administration at NMSC.”
Asterisks, of course, not in the original, but this is what we are planning to do.
I called NMSC today, and they said that sending the transcript isn’t required as long as you are still enrolled in high school
