<p>The U of C website is giving me a lot of trouble. Is the Undergraduate submission date Jan. 1 or Jan. 15 or something else? Also, do they have their own Teacher Rec form? I can see that they do for the Lab School, but what about undergraduate admissions?</p>

<p>Go to the commonapp form, you will be able to find information there. They use the commonapp teacher recommendation form.</p>
<p>The application is due Jan 2nd, sorry I guess it's too late now. In fact, I didn't even know that until now as I was reviewing the website one final tin=me that you need teacher recs from an english or history teacher. I got mine only from math and science and apparently they are very "strict" about it. Truly a shame, I had wanted to apply to UC, but now it seems that it will be a waste of $70.00 without the history or english teacher rec. Plus, you can't even contact admissions unti Jan 5th when it is too late!</p>

<p>@ paixdemonde: I think it's in your own time zone.......I haven't been able to find anything directly to that effect on the U of C admissions blog (<a href="https://blogs.uchicago.edu/collegeadmissions/%5B/url%5D">https://blogs.uchicago.edu/collegeadmissions/</a>), for example, though I definitely remember reading that previously somewhere, perhaps from the posts around the EA deadline.</p>

so i'm assuming my time zone..?</p>
