which of these schools is the best for premed?
which is the easiest to get the highest gpa?
how is the campus life in these schools? i heard john hopkins is really competive gpa-wise?
thanks!

Yes Johns Hopkins is really, really competitive. My friend goes there and I hear horror stories all the time, but the reality is you have to be studious anyway if you are thinking pre-med. WashU and JHU are both harsh in terms of GPA, and I wouldn’t say that it’s easy in Duke either. But overall, JHu has amazing Biophysics, cognitive sciences and other bio-related classes, whereas Duke is amazingly well rounded, with not only stellar pure lab sciences but also great Economics and Sociology and other departments. If you are like me, who has diverse interests academically, then I’d recommend Duke but if you know for sure what you like and if you like Cog Sci or other health sciences then I’d say JHU. In terms campus life, no one can beat duke, not even Ivy Leagues because, of course, Basketball. People who go there absolutely love that school, plus a great deal of school spirit during games against UNC and even in general, so anybody who visits duke loves that place and the campus vibe.

For Pre-Med, I think JHU is the way to go. I heard its cutthroat competitive there though.
