<p>the answer to all of these questions is JHU = Duke = WashU, in terms of premed, gpa, and campus life. The slight exception I will note is that all of Duke’s sports programs are D1 whereas JHU only has D1 lax and WashU has no D1 sports.</p>

<p>If you only care about getting a high GPA, you need to rethink your priorities. A 3.7 at JHU/duke/washu is outstanding compared to a 3.9 at a state school.</p>
