What kind of engineering?

Yale has chemical, electrical, and mechanical.

Duke has biomedical, civil, electrical and computer, and mechanical.

Are you saying that Yale will cost $15,000 less per year, or $60,000 less total?

Yale is offering much better aid. In addition, it is Yale - an excellent school no matter the specific rankings. Unless you want to go biomedical, I would say Yale.
