ur hair should be fine as long as ur interviewer isnt exceptionally old. if this were a job interview on the other hand u probably would have to dye ur hair brown =/. but in this case it should be fine =D no worries

well, i went to all of my interviews dressed in normal, casual clothing. all of my interviewers were dressed the same, casually! even when i met with a venture capitalist i didn't dress up. i'm not saying to look like a fool, but your dress is part of who you are as a person. express yourself!

I wouldn't recommend dressing casually...although it might be ok you should dress nicely, as it gives a really good first impression. Plus, if you're going to an office of club, they have dress codes that you should adhere to.

lol I guess old guys are different than young ones, but if it makes as big of a difference as you say, Shrek, then old guys might be against the admission of women!

If you cannot not show your personality from your accomplishments, your words, your passions, your goals, and must show it through clothes, then you need to look to yourself. Sure, you can dress to a personal taste, but flashy, gaudy, too casual, too anything is distracting. Sorry, but true. Showing up in jeans, pink hair, nose rings, and too much of anything will be what is remembered. I don't care if that is fair, that is the grown up world you all want to join. Having some respect for the interviewer and putting in a little effort to dress and look approriate is the least you can do for someone who is giving of their time.
