@TexasStudent2018 - ha ha. I graduated from UVa, but, have a number of family members that have gone to UGA over the years. So, I have a pretty good feel for who gets in. My goal is to make sure that folks are aware that UGA recalculates GPA and ACT. Also, that Honors classes give you no extra credit. There are so many high schools that mislead kids with these over-inflated GPAs by giving these huge bonus points for Honors classes, etc. Just want parents to see reality. I wish guidance counselors would let parents know their freshman year how UGA admissions really evaluates them.
