ea chances?

Gaah. I feel like I'm jumping on the bandwagon here, but I'm so anxious about this. I've been counting down the days till they mail out letters (seriously). Can someoen please rate my chances?

SAT: 1480/2180
APs taken: 1 "college level" (but still took ap exam), 5 aps junior year, 4 this year (so far I've gotten four 5s and two 4s)
GPA as of last year: 3.94 uw, 5.00 w

ECs:
track & field 6 years (4 years hs varsity)
gymnastics 12 years
jewish culture club 3 years (vp senior year)
german club 3 years (co-pres. senior year)
student legislative assembly 3 years (environmental committee co-chair senior year)
xc 1 year
science olympiad 2 years (varsity)
science bowl 1 year
envirothon 2 years
drama club/productions 2 years

I think on my app I left off the stuff I only did for a year, I dont' remember

job: barista since August '05

Essays: hopefully good. For the long one I did the question about having a brunch and inviting people

Recs: I think my counselor said they were pretty good, 1 from my sophomore english/german 2-4 teacher (also head of club I'm co-pres of), 1 from my chem/ap chem/ap physics teacher (also helps with science bowl and science olympiad)

You have NO chance with those garbage stats. ;)

well everone from my school who's ever been accepted has, like, 1520+ SATs

Good point. It's a real shame you couldn't manage to bump your SAT score up 40 points - that's all the difference for Chicago.

what?! chicago doesnt care about sats, at least not much. you have as good a shot as anyone as long as you write good essays.

i think you need a sarcasm meter.

lol i really think i do :-)

I <3 sarcasm.

I was also rather anxious when I posted this (somehow missing credentials=panic about my chances, or at least did at the time). I'm in a way less anxious mood now.
