<p>If you apply early action and then deferred to regular decision, will they give you areas to improve to strengthen your regular decision app?</p>
<p>You just get the standard form letter of deferral to RD w/o any specific comments about your application. A friend of mine was deferred to RD and our college counselor called our regional dean of admission for the specifics.</p>
