<p>Your SAT score is very high, especially that 800 on writing which will look awesome for jounralism. Tiny weakness is GPA, so that would be the only thing dragging u down a bit. However, ur ECs are focused on your intended major, I think you have a very good shot, if not in. </p>

<p>Nonetheless, I am also in the same position as you, applying to NYU, so I’m not too comfortable to judge. But on paper, you are most likely in for NYU, NEU, and uCONN</p>

<p>Definitely in at UCONN and NEU. NYU you have a chance with the upward trending GPA but it isn’t as much as a shoe in as the other two.</p>

<p>As the other people have said before, definitely UConn. Probably Northeastern. Not sure about NYU. Best of luck!! </p>
