…anybody?

I think you have a great chance at UConn. Being editor-in-chief for your school newspaper will help a lot as it relates strongly to your major. Good luck to you!

Chance me please! Thanks!

Thanks… any insight as to my chances at NYU?

Yours SAT is too low as well as your GPA, sorry. If you can get your SAT to 1900, maybe but the GPA is a little low, You do have good EC’s though. definitely a below average chance.

Um… what? My SAT is 2170, a good deal above 1900.

NEU- In
UConn- Definitely In
NYU- Probably In

My friend’s mom is the dean of the history department at NYU, and she said I’d most likely get in… and i have a 3.6 gpa and 2080 SAT

I’m sorry about that, i think I did reply to the wrong thread. There was another UConn, NEU, NYU thread. sorry… because your junior year was fairly strong i’d say your likely to get in at NEU and NYU

I’d say you are in at all three! Your only weakness would be the GPA but your SAT and EC’s (and their relation to your major) definitely make up for it. Good luck!

could you chance me please?

Bump 10char

I’d say you’re in to all except NYU, which is a low reach/reach.
chance?

In at least for uconn minimum, NYU may accept you though because you are well rounded

If you don’t get into UConn there’s something terribly wrong with the system lol. NYU’s an interesting school… its tough to tell, but I think you have better than average chances of getting in. Northeastern is a mid reach for you I think, but I really don’t know much about the school… I would bet on 2 out of 3 acceptances for you!

Haha, are you maybe mistaking Northeastern for Northwestern? :stuck_out_tongue:

The latter is a good deal more selective.
