EA/ED Chances at Tufts/BC/Bowdoin?

Hey guys! I know everybody does these so I was just gonna ask for some opinions. So I guess I should start off with the basics:
-GPA 4.13
-All IB classes (I've taken all rigorous classes)
-Rank 11 of 300
-All of my grades are A's or A+'s
-SAT 2050 super score 690 reading, 670 math, 690 writing(I know they aren't my strongest points)
EC'S
-I volunteer a lot, through humanitarian club, I'm very involved in the special olympics team in my town and I love it, Haitian health foundation, habitat for humanity.
-I'm trying to coordinate a Unified sports team in my school
-I am a Captain on the volleyball team (4 years)
-Varsity Tennis all four years
-Vice president of Humanitarian club
-Student leadership Member
-National Honor Society member
-National Art honor society
-I'm a first generation student, I'm Chinese
-I've worked as a summer camp counselor

I know for Bowdoin that they have an option to omit test scores, so I was wondering if they would help or hinder my chances. Also would applying to any of these schools EA/ED help?

Bowdoin: low reach/reach
Tufts: low reach
BC: high match
