<p>In our town, the American Legion offers a scholarship to an Eagle Scout. I think the council may also offer one. it might pay to look around and see what’s available locally. With all the Eagle Scouts at Alabama, it’s too bad they no longer have an Alpha Phi Omega chapter. Of course, the fraternity is very different now that women may become members.</p>
<p>Sounds like a good project for one of theses enterprising young Eagles, to get a new chapter established at Bama</p>

<p>Never mind. I googled and found out. The APO site indicates a chapter at UA if you filter by UA. But if you don’t filter, no chapter shows up.</p>
