I want to go abroad next summer and want to go to a country where language is not required. I do not want to take a foreign language either because I feel that it is of no use to me. I am going purely for the experience. I don't really care if I get credit for my courses or not.

I have been considering going to Cambridge through EAP. However, now I am looking at travel study as well.

Can you guys give me pros and cons of both?

i am an advocate of EAP, but the summer is too short for any noticeable difference between travel study and EAP. the experiences will be relatively similar (more partying and less learning than the traditional EAP experience), depends if you want to sample different countries as part of your program or if you want to explore a certain country more in-depth.
