Early Action - ACT score input question

so I took the ACT twice, once in april and once in september, and each was graded differently.

april 2015 scores
composite - 34
english - 33
math - 34
reading - 35
science - 34
combined english/writing - 30
essay - 08

which I thought was pretty crappy so I took it again in sept 2015

sept 2015 scores
composite - 35
english - 35
math - 35
reading - 35
science - 34
writing - 32 (the essay wasn’t scored from 2-12 like it was in the other one, but they gave me the 4 writing domain scores and I got 12, 11, 11, and 12, so i assume that’s a ~12?)
English Language Arts (ELA), which is the mean of your writing, english, and reading score - 34
Science, Tech, Engineering, and Math (STEM), which is the mean of the math and science) - 35

now, MIT, when asking about the ACT, asks for the: English, Math, Reading, Science, Composite, Combined English/Writing, and Writing score. So for the combined english/writing score, can I put the 34 I got for the ELA? and for the writing score, do I have to put the crappy 08 score or can i put the 32 score? ***

Thanks for the help, the ACT barely gave me my score yesterday so I didn’t have time to call in, and I’m a little confused as to how to input these new scores from a different system into the MIT application. I already had both score reports sent to MIT just in case, but yeah, does anyone know?

On the Common App, it said that for tests taking in or after September, you should put your Writing score in place of the English/Writing score. I did the same on my MIT app too. Put your 32 in that section

so I put the 32 for both the writing and the combined english/writing sections?
