DD was accepted!! Engineering 3.6 Uw 1350 SAT lots of AP and Honors classes. 2X Cheerleading State Champion. 7 Varsity letters. Sheās well rounded and way to many clubs and awards to list. Congrats to the Class of 2023!!! Go Hokies!!

OOS: do u think the oos tuition is worth the education/program at VT?
For us, yes. My son was not always excited about going to college. But after meeting with the department head over the summer, he was SO excited about the CMDA program. It fits with his skill set, gives great earning potential and isnāt something other schools instate are offering. So weāre going to suck it up and pay!
@paths2college If youāre the one taking on the debt for college you should heavily weigh what the differences in cost would be beforehand. University of Florida is a great school and graduating with little to no student loan debt should be at the top of your list.
@paths2college Iām not so sure if itās worth it in my opinion; in my case Iām trying to decide between schools that cost around 20k a year rather than almost 50k. Iām grateful to get into VT but I was sort of expecting more financial aid from them
