<p>I got strange emails earlier saying that I changed the preference settings, and I can also login to the QuickPAY to pay the admissions deposit for Harpur. Obsessively checking my email and this site…</p>

<p>@KDavs95 It says undeclared because for some majors (like mine, which is neuroscience) you cannot actually declare that as your major until sophomore or junior year (don’t remember which). I was told this by a Binghamton rep at a college fair, this info might be on the website somewhere too.</p>

If you didn’t, you would get this message “YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PAY ANY CURRENT ADMISSION DEPOSITS. This page is for new applicants who wish to pay their enrollment deposit.”</p>
