Early Bird or Night Owl?

I sleep at 11ish and wake up at 6  even on the weekends! I definitely am a morning person but I’m a freshman right now and I feel like that’s gonna change haha

Night Owl by far.

If we’re representative of CC, I’d say everyone on here is pretty intense one way or another!

@athenanv13 That’s really funny :stuck_out_tongue: I’ve been trying to sleep at around 10:30 but I often can’t fall asleep! I can’t imagine sleeping at 8…

I wonder what would happen if we were to all switch our sleeping patterns for a month or something. Would the earth explode?

I used to be really night owl-y, but the 6:45 thing is working quite well! Although, I do feel really really tired but I’m 99% sure that’s just the final exams…

By the way, here’s an interesting rough quote from Medical Daily:

Early birds! ------> “Positive social traits (proactive and optimistic), less prone to depression or addictions to nicotine, alcohol, and food.”

Night owls! -------> “Much more creative, higher cognitive abilities, risk-takers.”

Agree/disagree?

On average, I’d say I sleep at 11 and wake up at 630 every day.
