It's not about if you can just get out of ED... I'm asking if you went there for a year or even less then a year can you get a transfer to another school or are you bound to your ED school forever? I'm thinking about ED though I don't think I'm going to get in.. but I can try so I thought why not. Just wondering if I could change schools at some point if I decided i didn't want to attend anymore.

ED generally does not prevent later transfer. However, you should not assume transfer will necessarily be easy particularly after first semester or first year. Many colleges favor transfers in junior year and disfavor them earlier, i.e., many colleges are far more likely to reject you if you apply for earlier than your junior year. Moreover transfers to highly ranked schools, even in junior year, can be more competitive than getting admission as a freshman because there will be only a limited number of transfer spaces available.

Well, this is only one school, but when my D transfered as a soph to Wesleyan, out of the approx 60 transfers that year, most were sophomores. So I'm not sure if juniors are usually prefered.
