<p>Thanks caesar123. Yeah, I’m still a little bummed out, but with my ED2 app sent out to Pomona I have to start thinking about that. Did you apply anywhere ED2?</p>
<p>Thinking Middlebury, because it’s the only school I love as much as Bowdoin. Of course I have my doubts that they would take me if Bowdoin didn’t this time around, but hey, every school is different.</p>
<p>Good luck with Pomona! That is an excellent school. Maine to California - you’ll certainly have much better weather to look forward to if you get in there!</p>

<p>To all of those who were deferred or didn’t get in, I understand how tough it is. I applied RD last year and I was waitlisted last year which came to nothing and it is really disappointing but I took a gap year because I knew that Bowdoin was right for me… so if you really want it, you just have to make it happen… </p>
<p>Congratulations to everyone who was accepted! I was so suprised that I was accepted after seeing the stats about students of colour. I’m a U.S. citizen but my parents are Brazilian/Indian and Singaporean. So that stat really made me nervous.</p>

<p>I still haven’t received my decision letter (I’m pretty sure it was lost in the mail… made for the most stressful week of my life last week)
So I just found out I could call and I have the decision mailed to me instead.
I was deferred unfortunately.
