So who else here is super nervous for results!?!! It seems like every other forum has started a little ED thread so I figured we need one. Anyways.....this week (10 days?) is going to seem like foreverrrrr!! Well good luck to everyone, I hope we all get in!!!

I am getting really nervous, hence I am checking CC quite often. If I get accepted, I will wear my Emory football, still undefeated t-shirt.

I know I am checking CC allll the time now. I don't know why either it just makes me more worried/anxious. I'm too am wearing my Emory t-shirt to school on Monday if I get accepted! If I can find it...I haven't worn it since the summer because I don't want to jinx myself....lame huh?

good luck =)
i have a bit longer to wait...scholars stuff in january =/

haha not wanting to jinx it is not lame at all. when i visited emory, i really wanted a hoodie but i didnt buy one so i wouldnt jinx it-we're on the same page. im getting super nervous.

yes emory's football team, undefeated, is quite amazing. :p haha i love when people say that

oh, btw, good luck!

Good luck to everyone! If I get accepted (it's a pretty big IF) I'm sooo going to get my parents to buy me a hoodie.

Anyone planning on doing anything special if you get accepted? I think I'm going to scream like an idiot and dance around the house and bake a cake afterwards. :]

wooo cake...that's a good idea!!! I'm also going to buy some Emory apparel and a sticker for my car =) Do you guys know if anything comes in the acceptance packet (like a shirt or something of the sort)?

I HATE WAITING this week seems like its getting longer and we have one more to go. Like Mika08 said, if (and its a BIG IF) I get excepted Im wearing somthing with Emory on it. Good luck every one!!!!!...only 10 days, 1 hour, 15 minutes and 30 seconds left!!!!!!

ahh i hate the waiting, good luck to everyone~~!!!!

ok so 9 days =)!!!! I think I remember someone posting that there was no way we would get them before the 15th....has anyone called to confirm this? It seems like all the other schools get them "by the 15th" aka the 14th or before. I wish Emory would do this!!!!

they're sure they arent going to release the decisions before the 15th. They were quick to admit it, and I think the ment it...... so 9 more days is what we have to work with. I just hope now that we find out at midnight like last year, but they said that it MIGHT be later in the day this year. What private school releases the decisions before the scheduled date (im just curious)?

AAHh!! I hope it's not later in the day! I was planning on staying up until they release it.

&just browsing around the boards and other ED threads it seems like a handful of schools will be releasing them before the 15th.....& I know my state school is releasing them on the 14th for priority notification (which isn't private but it's a pretty good public)

Wooot! 1 more week!

I was told that Emory would e-mail us to let us know the aprox. time to check opus. Since they havent so far i would imagine they would do it soon b/c there is only 5 days, 13 hours, 6 minutes and 10 seconds left !!!!!!

That makes me even more nervous! Hopefully we will hear on Monday....I have a feeling this week at school is going to be sooo long. At least my teachers filled it with projects & tests at the end of the semester to make it go by faster, right?! (ew) Good luck everyone!!!!!

I have so much stuff that's due this week, it's not even funny. I'm declaring this week "Hell Week".

5 more days!! I think I'm going to wait for the letter - NOT. I hope decisions will be out during Fri. evening-ish instead of on midnight.

5moredays5moredays5moredays5moredays5moredays5moredays5moredays! :]

Yeah that would be AWESOME if they came out Friday evening!! But then again I have that whole night planned out so I can keep myself distracted.

I mean, I like Emory too and all, but some of you people must LOVE it. I applied ED I and will likely stay up until decisions are posted, but nothing compared to super18blue's activity planning and noelle's to-the-second countdown.

Good luck to everybody, but remember that if any of us get rejected, we still have competitive stats and have a chance to get accepted into just about any other school we want.

haha by activity planning I mean like....go to the mall & see a movie instead of sitting at home! But then again...I do LOVE Emory, or else I wouldn't be applying ED =)
