I just recieved a really big finincial aid envelope, and I know this is a stretch.. but does that in any way suggest anything?

Does anyone know?

at least for transfers that would signal you got in. For transfers they send your information and begin to review it only after they receive confirmation from Admissions that you have been accepted. So it could be...

Did it say anything about actual money, or was it the like "affording a notre dame education" one? I got that one (I got in EA and got it after I got in). I don't know for sure (you should ask someone else you know who applied RA) but I would think that's only so you get that info before the financial info is due (which is before RA hears back)

It says affording Notre Dame, but I'mnit a transfer, I applied RD. Could that mean I got in?

Sorry boss, but you're reading too much into it.

unless it gives an actual award with your name stating you get $20K in scholarship or something... it's nothing

Ugh, this is so stressful! Anyone know the exact time frame of when they send out RD decisions? I'm guessing it's around late March?

Ya that's what I figured, it was worth a shot though. Thanks

I think last year my friends heard like April 5-8 or somewhere around then.

Crap, that is SO far from now. At least that gives me time to get the noose ready in case I don't get in.

yeah, i got that too. way too early for it to mean anything. everyone got it.
