Easiest class in the Scand department

I always hear about how easy the classes are in the Scandinavian department, and I was wondering which one is the easiest.

bump char lim

I didn’t even know we had a Scandinavian department. And I had a Danish roommate for a year.

Honestly, any of them.

THAT SAID, you’re going to have a hell of a time getting into the lower divs.

do these classes have finals, hw, readings? Are they any sort of challenge for people who know nothing about the language.

to be honest, what class on a campus does not have readings/hw/finals? Okay, finals maybe but that will most likely mean MORE work throughout the semester.

106, perhaps

haha true that i guess.

You’re taking the wrong attitude on this.

Just because it’s easy doesn’t mean it’s going to be absurdly work-free. All classes, including those from the Scandanavian department, have their value.

If anything, I just find that they grade easier for a similar amount of work. Take this attitude, and you’re sure to get nothing better than a B.

Ah, but the class I recommended is absurdly work-free. Who said the typical value for a class comes out of doing the assigned work properly? Typically you get out of a class what you want to, and the assigned stuff is a guideline. Being work-free needn’t detract from value.
