<p>or how much will it cost me to have a Tom Yum soup (that is listed at $10 on the menu) at Sinfully Asian in the Bronfman Building.</p>
<p>I don't cook and it looks like the plan is likely to empty my wallet very quickly!</p>
<p>No taxes paid on purchases made with the plan: effective savings rate of 14.5 percent. </p>
<p>At home bases, there’s a further 5 percent discount.</p>

I am yet to sort out my dining plan for the year (thanks to my luck in the lottery). I would have preferred a normal resident meal plan.</p>
