<p>What's the difference between the two? I think one is Economics-Lecture format while the other is just Economics.</p>
<p>And would it be good to take it 2nd semester freshman year or 1st semester sophomore year? I heard taking it off-semester makes it easier to do well and what not. Is that true?</p>

<p>Econ 2 is usually taught by Romer in the Spring but she is gone. There was no Econ 2 last spring and don’t count on it coming back soon.</p>
<p>Does not really matter when you take it. I’ve heard of there being off-semesters for classes like chem1a since everyone wants to take it there 1st semester but not really true for econ.</p>
