I am an intended Haas undergrad as well as MCB...and I'm thinking about doing the econ major if i don't get into Haas. however, I already have a pretty rigorous schedule for next spring. Should I take Econ 1 or 2?
The other classes I'll be taking are Chem 3A, Chem 3AL, Rhetoric R1B, and a breadth - probably a 3 unit course.
I'd appreciate any feedback.

Econ 1 is more competitive and there's a harsher curve.

Econ 2 covers more material but it's not as competitive.

Take whichever you wish.

I myself took Econ 1.
