Econ 101 or Econ 21 + 22?

I’m debating if I should take econ 101 or take econ 21 and 22 instead?
I’ve heard 101 is pretty hard, is that the case for 21 and 22 as well?

Econ 21+22 aren’t classes, but rather represent the AP credit earned by AP Macro and AP Micro.
