For economics to be my minor I have to take 6 more hours of upper division economics classes. Which classes would this be considered? Everyone I look up seems restricted and I'm officially declared an economics minor, but I'm guessing it's restricted for those majoring in them. What other prereqs do they have?

I’m in the same position. My tentative plan, assuming I keep econ as a minor, is to take 408C and D during the summer at my local CC (I went to a horrible high school where calculus wasn’t even taught, much less AP Calc) and then take ECO 420K since that seems to be the prerequisite for most upper-div economics classes. I’m not sure about the restrictions, though. Probably, you can only get in on a space-available basis.

There are several upper division ECO electives that have no prereqs or have ECO 304K and 304L. You can take ECO 420k if you wish, but it is a hard class.
