I’m a senior in the College of Management. I’m a Marketing concentration though as a Business Administration major, so I don’t know as much about econ except that I enjoyed the econ classes I have taken here. Macro and Micro were all that were required for me.

The College of Management in general is a very nice atmosphere and our facilities are all pretty much brand new. We just received a very generous donation of about 40 million dollars from an alumni but I will have graduated before I see any of that.

We do get a lot of engineering students who transfer into management because the engineering program is very strenuous. If you start as a freshman in the college of management you should have no problem graduating early in my opinion (I switched from the humanities in my sophomore year).

I have had some great professors but class sizes for intro business classes, i.e accounting and the like, are pretty big. Think 300 big. A lot of my classes have been in the auditorium. Now that I’m a senior and taking concentration classes I would say my average lass size is around 25 though. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.

Sounds great.
Has the school helped you out with internships, job placement, research, etc?
Also have you been a member of any of the business clubs?

Thank you.
