Economics B.S. while in CAS

I was accepted into CAS this year, but am very interested in the B.S. in Economics (not to be confused with the CAS B.A. in Economics). So I am wondering if there is anyway I could stick with the CAS core, but major in Economics for a B.S.

I know that if one is CSOM, they can choose an A&S major as long as they have a minor is CSOM, and I am wondering if it can go the other way. Any help would be much appreciated

sorry, but BC does not offer a BS in in Econ in A&S.

But that it really not a big as a deal as students believe. There are a lot of top colleges that only offer a BA/AB in Econ, including Ivies (Pton and Dartmouth).

Just take a few more quant econ electives if you are pining for The Street or grad school.
