berksquat i thought the same!

congratulations, I live in san diego, hopefully tommorow I may hear.

Ouch, just received my rejection letter. It is a regular sized envelope, it is a shock at first like an IED, but I am not discouraged, one door closes and .....
Deferred from ED 11 is the end of the game for Wes, no roll-over into RD? Good luck everyone!

Lancestone, Sorry to hear about your letter from Wesleyan. My understanding is that one's application does not go into the RD pool but if you hear otherwise please let us know. Our son still has not heard which is strange given that we live in western massachusetts. I, as overanxious mother, have finally made my peace with strong likelihood of rejection and had a nice talk with son who cares but seems to be more philosophical about the whole process than I am. Dear husband is hoping that son elects to go to UMASS since we can afford that! All our best to you. Deuxchevaux et co.

Lancestone and Showtunes
Guy, Dear son rejected also. I am hoping he gets into Macalester but I am also quitting CC as it ups the anxiety for already overly caffeinated Mom. Best of luck to you all. Deuxchevaux
