<p>I was wondering if applying ED to W&L helps at all in admissions. Of course many of the top candidates, legacies, athletes apply ED...but does Washington and Lee value interest (making their school your #1 choice) in admissions? - (i.e. Interviewing, visiting, applying ED...will it help at all?)</p>

<p>I had my interview with an allumni in my home town. Interviews aren’t required for admissions but you can request one. The thing my interviewer kept saying over and over was how great it was that I had an interview and that because W&L is such a small school they really care about showing your interest. He said visiting is a great way to show it as well</p>
