ED/RD Applicant Location

Hey there everyone,

When I talked to my alumni, I asked her how many applicants she had to speak to. She said this year, she only had 2, but that there were about 9 other alumni in the area, and that they most likely divided the applicants up equally. So, basically there is only 20 applicants in my area (which I bet encompasses the Gainesville/Ocala area). How many applicants are in your area you guys think? Do you think that this will help my chances if only 20 people apply from north-central florida? hmmmm, i hope so ;-)

well, as far as your interview goes, she probably just interviewed the ED kids. i dont think the RD applicants had to have their interviews as early as EDs did

hmm thats the thing though: I applied RD---

jgonzo220- just curious...when did you have your RD interview?

this is probably a horrible question, but i didn't think cornell did interviews, at least not for RDers. is this just for some schools? I am a CALS/AEM applicant.

Keep in mind, not every applicant is interviewed. I wasn't given an interview when I applied RD and I'm from the Bay Area so I'm sure they could've found an alumnus to interview me.
