Hello!

I skipped a school year in middle school and changed schools between sophomore and junior year; however, I didn't realize the "education interruption" section applied to me (I only thought it meant if you change schools during a school year) so I stated I had no interruption to report. I found out that it actually does apply to my circumstances, and that others who have applied ED like me took the explanation section as an essay opportunity to talk about how they'd grown and what they've learned etc.
I wrote a draft for my essay for that section, as I'll fill it in for my RD applications anyway. I think it does add to my application and gives some context for a lower gpa in 10th grade, plus not sending anything would be a disadvantage compared to those who have from my school.
With that in mind, does anyone know whether I should contact my ED school in the next few days and send it to them? I know it would be beneficial, but I'm scared I might look bad for saying I "forgot" or that they might be annoyed at receiving extra materials this late.
Thank you! :)

and also, if anyone would be willing to read it over just to check what I'm doing is actually what the essay is looking for, that would be great!!
