<p>Just accept it a few weeks before disbursement. If you are worry, accept it by mid August.</p>
<p>I think you can accept parts of it now and parts later. So you can accept what you are sure you want now and wait on the loans until your parents decide. I'm pretty sure that's what I did last year. I don't think I decided on the loans until after school had started.</p>
<p>Yeah... no real deadline. It just gets processed whenever you submit the paperwork and the turnaround time is 3 weeks or so. So the beginning of September would be ok too. Or even after school starts if you're not too concerned about getting money before tuition is due.</p>
