Leave it to me to start an egg thread. Guess I’m putting all my eggs in abasket… (boo!! Bad joke!!) All the discussion on the “upper middle class” thread about eggs. A generally affordable source of protein that can turn breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack into a tasty edible. So generally accessible to all (minus those who have allergy, are vegan, and/or other circumstances) Share your favorite dish(es) where eggs are the star. So an egg in a chocolate chip cookie recipe does not count. Scrambled, in a quiche, souffle, fried egg sandwich, hard boiled with a sprinkle of salt…the list can go on and on. Linked or described recipes welcome.
