<p>Apparently I'm a ELC evaluated applicant and I received a letter titled "Using Your Personalized Online Application." I received my username but I lost my pin number, so I have to call them this monday. It says I can use my personalized application once I type in my user name and pin number. What exactly is this application? Can I just send this application in as a UC application? Or is it something completely unrelated to the applying process and just something for me to be officially part of ELC?</p>
<p>From what I remember, you want to use your ELC one as it designates you as an ELC applicant. The application is the same, but you don't want to send in the app under a regular number.</p>
<p>Call them, and if you can provide your User Name, they will give you your PIN No over the phone. Use the ELC User Name. It will prove to be advantageous(if not guaranteed) in applying to several University of California campuses.</p>
