<p>i am going to enter a uc through the elc program. now that it is official, then what? do i still have to apply to the uc's i want to go to or do i get automatically considered for the uc's without having to apply? i know i get a spot on one of the ten uc's but do you still apply to all of them. how does that work?</p>
<p>If you received the official form from UC, it tells you that you still have to apply. But they made it easier for you by partially filling in your application. Use the login and URL on the letter and the pin number from the 2nd letter due to arrive.</p>
