<p>Hi, I'm working on my UC application right now and have some problems. When I submit my application does that mean all campuses will receive it (so I won't have to apply to each of them)? And is ELC only eligible for california high school students? </p>

<p>Yep, when you submit, all the campus you’ve checked off will receive your app. You don’t need to apply to each campus individually. And ELC is only for students in California high schools.</p>
