Electrical & Computer Engineering grad school options

First off, my stats: MSEE from ECE department of University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 3.8 overall, 2 IEEE conference pubs, Verbal 500 / Quantitative 740 / AW 4.5, 3.23 undergrad overall.
My research area is computer engineering. I'm apply Ph.D of ECE department. What's my chance for RA/TA/scholarship of GaTech, UCLA, and UCSD?

Stats are competitive though your quant score is a little low for an engineer.
I'm not sure if PhD programs only look at M.S GPAs but I say you have a good chance.

The Q scores may raise some questions for GaTech if you're shooting for a PHD. The publications however will make you a competitive candidate. RA/TA is very probable, fellowships/scholarships however may harder to come by since GaTech is well ranked and the applicant pool may be even more competitive.

FreeCat,
I would like to apply for an MS in EE and have similar numbers to yours in undergrad.
Can you please inform me briefly, whether by email or here, with how your application for masters was? Did you have a definite technique in choosing the schools?
Thank you.
